will i be able to order the pins if i missed the campaign ?

yes ! the pins will be available after the campaign through backerkit’s preorder shop for a limited time. once the project is fulfilled completely, any remaining stock will be listed at pokettoni.com/bunccino

my country cannot be selected for shipping, why ?

due to complex shipping laws in the UK and the European Union we cannot ship to these countries at this time. supporters from the UK will be able to purchase any remaining stock through pokettoni’s Etsy when the campaign has been completely fulfilled.

how do i know if i qualify for the free mini pins?

if you back both little angel couriers and ryisart’s campaign, midnight magica, you will qualify for the 2 free mini pins if the campaign is successful. this item will be then be automatically added to your cart by backerkit at the end of the successful campaign.

i want a combination of pins that is not available in the pledge levels

you can add on additional pins when you pledge. please select the pledge level closest to what you’d like, then select any extra pins that you want to add to your purchase through add-ons.

what is your return policy ?

if the item has not been shipped, you can reach out for a refund of your order. i do ask that you be mindful that the project is only able to be funded by your pledges so please be considerate when requesting a cancellation.

if your order has already been shipped and there is an issue, please email me at [email protected] with your email associated with backerkit. i will gladly replace any missing or damaged items thank you.

When will my order ship?

The orders will be shipping between October 2025 and November 2025! You can keep up to date by checking the Community notes for updates!

When will cards be charged for shipping and add-ons?

Initial pledges are collected immediately, but your cards will be charged an estimate of about a week from when samples are shown! Please keep an eye out on the Community update posts, in both the campaign and your emails!

I only received one my mini pins in my order, where is the other?

The stardust (sparkly cloud) mini-pin will be shipped with all of the cross collab orders from little angel couriers! The ‘delivery friend’ mini-pin(seagull pin) will be shipped SEPERATELY, and with ryisart’s campaign, midnight magica, so you will receive them at separate times and separate shipments from each campaign.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
